By this I mean that the instant you stop acting, then everything 'appears' complicated again. The reason I believe this is so, is that you are faced with choice and also see the immensity of reality, when you stop and step back to observe (The Artist Effect of stepping back to take in everything and stepping forward to act). When you act though, all you are aware of and can deal with is the single, simple thing in front of you: This doesn't stop effort being beyond one person but not awareness of a solution. In Zen they say every journey begins with one small step and this is awareness of the same point in part. Quote
