in some "practical applications" I had to do in my study I found myself doing spectroscopy. Now I'm writning my raport and a question has arisen, what is the efficacity of the detectctors I used? A search in internet and in the books by glenn F. Knoll and W.R. Leo showed me that either I can't find it or nobody has caracterized detectors in this way.

Just to be clar I used a NaI detector (therefore a scintillation based detector) and a Germanium detector (semi-conductor) and by efficacity I mean the percentage of incoming photons that is detected.

So does anyone know some references on that subject? Thanks for all answers.
