In this paper:

Fundamental Nature of Relativistic Mass and Magnetic Field

it is suggested that relativistic mass is identical to magnetic mass.

Question : Would this basic equation explain mass, both rest mass and relativistic mass ?

M = |g|* B* C / v, where ||=absolute value, g = the charge of the particle (either - or + or 0) B = the magnetic field constant, C= a measure of the circular motion (a type of spin) of the particle (its radius) along the magnetic field, and v=the velocity of the particle moving perpendicular to the magnetic field=v.
