Ben Posted May 15, 2010 Report Posted May 15, 2010 Can somebody please explain to me why this sub-forum has descended so low? I see no real physics (not that I would know for sure) and certainly no mathematics. At one time I had some fun here, but I cannot see any future prospect of that. What went wrong? I know - this post will probably incur an infraction; but it's a helluva lot better than an infarction (which is what I first typed) Quote

Uh, the Physics and Mathematics has been switched to the Philosophy of Science forum, the logical proofs to the Theology forum, the Alternative Theories to the Astronomy and Cosmology forum, Strange Claims to Watercooler and so on. I guess we'll just have to adapt. Change happens.:D CC Quote
TheBigDog Posted May 15, 2010 Report Posted May 15, 2010 I know - this post will probably incur an infraction; but it's a helluva lot better than an infarction (which is what I first typed)Worse yet is an infartion, which leads to spontaneous human combustion resembling a human Hindenberg. Disgusting. You won't get infarted, infarction, or infraction for lamenting for better content. The membership supplies the content, it is up to all of us to lead the way. Bill Quote
sanctus Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 Yes, Ben, just as TBD said there is no reason to get an infraction for doing positive critics, we should try to make them also constructive ;-) (I mean try to improve). Yes it is up to us (=all members) to make the content, the more content of a given kind is here the more people interested in that kind of content will join... Quote
