bumab Posted May 4, 2005 Report Posted May 4, 2005 While we do not have DNA that link birds to dinosaurs, we do have DNA that link to the next best thing: bird DNA are most related to crocodile DNA. Good point. And with that link comes a host more morphological comparisions between croc's and dino's. There's still a good (kinda) chance that we will find dino DNA, or at least a good partial DNA. That would dispel any doubts, but I'm pretty sure most authorities are convinced of the link. Quote
