granpa Posted October 3, 2010 Report Posted October 3, 2010 the glue traps that i've seen release the mouse when you pour vegetable oil over it.The hard part is holding the mouse and the trap and the vegetable oil without being bit.I accidently drowned a few mice in vegetable oil before I finally figured it outthat the mouse was more afraid of me than I was of it.
