I am always looking for good Science books that I haven't read yet. I find it hard to judge a book by it's title or forward. So I'm asking anyone who is interested in helping me out with selections. I'm mostly interested in books about the universe, dark energy, time etc. I'll read any non-fiction book I can get my hands on if it's worth it and I haven't read yet. Please give your top three or more that you have read and liked, but I prefer books in laymens terms because I'm a dumb dumb.

Thanks

Discoveries about the universe are coming thick and fast so that if someone writes a book it can be out of date when it appears on the shelves a year or two later. There are a number of sites like Science Daily, Space.com and the like which are helpful though they tend to jump all over the place rather than dealing with specific subjects.
