Falling Mass Car Project!

Hey guys i need helping making a falling mass powered car!

 

 

Here are the req:

Max dimensions: 24 x 24 x 36

Max falling mass: 1000 grams = 1 kg

Max number of wheels: 4 ( must be functional )

Car must start from rest

Car must get its power from only the falling mass.

What are the goals of the competition? Furthest travel distance? Closest to a mark a specific distance away? Fastest?

 

What are the units on the max dimensions you provided?

Inches and doesnt matter how long and fast

have the mass on rollers, in a circle formation, add a spring to push the table back up that spins the generator, and a spring to push the weight back to the top

either that or try to put the mass on a circular table, that has actuators at like 6 points, then as it pushes a spring, it moves the table right behind the mass up, so it is in a continual falling motion

mabe not springs but u-shaped actuators

this would allow it to be in a sealed container also
