This is not my area i am best at but it is a big part of a theory of mine. any ideas how energy can sustain its self and stay like. Quote

Energy exists and can only be transferred to different states (i.e. from light to heat). It doesn't sustain itself, it just is, whether held as potential energy in atomic bonds, or as a sound wave.
