Need Help With A Sofware That Is In C#

I want to develop an own application and I know some C and C++. To be honest I am not so experienced and during a search on the net I found a site (http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/) where several ready made sample programs can be found. After looking depper into it, I found that the sample programs are developed with a software called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK and in C#. I am not familiar with this programming language so I would like to ask for your help. How should I start using this software or the sample programs? Are there any good books or tutorials I could follow, or maybe try out Visaul Studio? I am really interested in your opinion and suggestions.
