Who Owns The Resources Of Outer Space?

I believe the US will pull out of the 1967 treaty, it's not a question of "if" it's a question of "when". If resources continue to be depleted here on earth at some point there will be no other choice.

 

As for putting weapons in space, I think we are already past that point with the secret X-37b shuttle that spent almost a year in space with no explanation about what it was doing up there.
