Deepwater6 Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 http://abcnews.go.com/International/india-crossroads-path-superpower-status/story?id=17173228&page=10 This rather long ABC News article about the state of affairs in India paints a stark picture. As with other countries it struggles with massive corruption. Changing or overcoming corruption seems to be a monumental task in that country. I don't believe it can be accomplished with legislation alone if at all. What can be thought of as the most effective weapon against national corruption, in that country or any other? Quote
