montekristo Posted September 22, 2012 Report Posted September 22, 2012 Prologue Nowadays it is hard to publish your ideas related with physics when you are not an accredited physicist. Also it is hard to make people find your ideas seriously, especially when your ideas intersect famous scientists’ ideas or theories. And the funniest thing is that those physicians, who are not able to create or even think rationally, are just all talk and no action, they can only mock and do nothing. Conceited fools. Enunciation I thought about some physical principles (in the philosophical sense) and exposed them in my website – ( http://mmphilosphy.weebly.com ). If my ideas are correct, it is possible to create some useful inventions (which I described). Naturally, to proof my ideas/theories, I must invent them. Well, or at least try to invent them. However, unfortunately I cannot do it by myself due to some circumstances. That is why I am looking for people who have abilities, potential, willingness to experiment. Epilogue If my ideas are successful, I allow patent my ideas/inventions to people who constructed it. - I will not discuss my ideas personally. Try (disproof) or shut up.- My website has no ads, so there is no possibility to make money. I repeat - I have nothing to advertise, so my website is not SPAM’s tool and I’m not spamming. Unless you think that sharing your ideas about physics in physics forum is SPAM. The end. Quote
belovelife Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 sounds kinda like me and my theory Quote
Buffy Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 Nowadays it is hard to publish your ideas related with physics when you are not an accredited physicist. Well, think about it this way: would you want the pilot of your plane to have a pilot's license? Also it is hard to make people find your ideas seriously, especially when your ideas intersect famous scientists’ ideas or theories. Usually when someone says they have a new theory, and the first thing that they say about it is that no one takes it seriously, the conclusion that most people jump to is that if no one has taken it seriously so far, then it's not worth the time to look at it at all. You might think about coming up with a better second sentence for your pitch to get people to look at your theory. And the funniest thing is that those physicians, who are not able to create or even think rationally, are just all talk and no action, they can only mock and do nothing. Conceited fools....and it really helps not to say that obviously everyone so far who has been unconvinced of your theory is irrational and a fool. But enough about marketing and PR.... I thought about some physical principles (in the philosophical sense) and exposed them in my website... Cool! :cheer: If you're convincing, and your ideas turn out to be valid, you'll be quite successful! If my ideas are successful, I allow patent my ideas/inventions to people who constructed it.Um, just to clarify, you've got a bit of a chicken-egg problem here: You can't get a patent unless you've got something working that actually does what you say it does (this goes for software patents too). If you publish your ideas to the public (like you're doing on your web page, they're not patentable, because you've just put them in the public domain: you're not supposed to talk about your invention before you file for the patent, because quite frankly anyone could take your published work, build something and patent that before you did and you'd have absolutely no recourse. What you're going to have to do is to find people and get them to sign confidentiality agreements and actually work as partners or in your employ in order to protect your right to a patent. If you've already published it all, it's probably too late, although if you delete everything before it gets picked up by Google's page cache or the waybackmachine.com, you might get away with it. But it would be a really bad idea to keep them published in either case. - I will not discuss my ideas personally. Try (disproof) or shut up.If you're trying for a patent, that's probably a good idea. But otherwise not answering questions is probably not a good way to get feedback. - My website has no ads, so there is no possibility to make money. I repeat - I have nothing to advertise, so my website is not SPAM’s tool and I’m not spamming. Unless you think that sharing your ideas about physics in physics forum is SPAM.But didn't you just tell us about getting a patent and granting licenses to it to the people that help? Isn't that part of making money? Are you saying you'll give these patent licenses away for free to anyone who helps, but you will refuse any proceeds from any successful business that comes out of your ideas? Wow, that's mighty generous of you! :cheer: ------------------------------------------------- Belovelife: Ah, yup. Better watch out, this guy may sue you for stealing his ideas. Maybe you should sue him first. Generosity with strings is not generosity; It is a deal, :phones:Buffy Quote
belovelife Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 really?, how do you sue someone? Quote
Buffy Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 really?, how do you sue someone?Call a lawyer. They'll take care of it. The problem with any unwritten law is that you don't know where to go to erase it, :phones:Buffy Quote
belovelife Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 are you telling me i really should do this? Quote
Buffy Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 are you telling me i really should do this? That's something you'll need to determine for yourself.... I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request, :phones:Buffy Quote
