craetacus Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 In another fun experiment using Dry Ice - we learned how to carbonate ANY beverage, but specifically Apple Cider: Again - please use caution when working with dry ice. If you do this, please make sure there isn't any dry ice in your cup (either frozen pieces, or floating white pieces on the surface). We have about 20+ ideas for our next video's, however I'm open to any suggestions. If you have suggestions for feedback or how I can improve these, please let me know. This is our summer project! LaurieAG Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 Hi craetacus, A friend of mine showed me a trick that involved deep freezing plastic bottles full of creaming soda and then breaking them up with a hammer to use the crushed ice in other drinks. This 'ice' pops and explodes so you should be careful if you don't want to lose teeth, eyes or break the glass. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creaming_Soda Quote
craetacus Posted May 30, 2013 Author Report Posted May 30, 2013 I'm going to have to try that! That sounds like a lot of fun! I'll be careful! Quote
