paigetheoracle Posted June 4, 2013 Report Posted June 4, 2013 I noticed that my wife's eldest sister, who has Alzheimer's, recognized me visually but verbally couldn't name me. My question is do deaf people suffer as badly with the condition as sighted people and can they still communicate as well as they did, using sign language because it is visually orientated? (Are there Apps for Alzheimer's or deaf people to communicate with, using voice technology like Stephen Hawking has?). Quote
