pendulum is registering always perpendicular and constant gravitation's force

 

 

Rocket

inside rocket after start peddulum is registering force inside rope ( angle change ) this force is not constant

Pretty hard to follow this. You may want to restate your point.

 

Before that you may also want to consider reviewing Einstein's definition of reference frames and the equivalence of gravity and acceleration.
