Page the Oracle would like to announce the grand opening of his blog (imaginary wine and biscuits are now being served in your mind).  Failure to get off the ground initially was down to his usual technical incompetence (stumbling and bumbling), for which he would like to apologize.  Hopefully it will be full of great thoughts, rather than thoughts that grate.
