Where Are The Forum Rules?

If I recall correctly, we used to have a list of reasonable rules that one must follow while posting content on the forum.  I can no longer find those rules.  Am I a moron and missing the obvious?  If so, please direct me to that list so I may reference it.  If not, then please make it more readily accessible from the front page so that new contributors will know what this forum is and what is expected of them if they choose to participate.
