Thoughts on this?

I remember one small article which I read in some magazine long back had one experiment given for readers. According to which If you pour normal water on the hand of sleeping person and then shouted as if it was boiling water (you have to convince that person that it was boiling water in seconds) that person's hand will get burn damage

Try it! I suspect you'll find that it doesn't cause any burn damage, but you should try it on anybody you know, with video documentation. Who knows - you might overturn all of science, and show that thoughts and dreams have a tangible effect on heat.

Taken further, all we need to do is convince sleeping people that water is hot and we'll have clean renewable energy!

I also read a story about a man who'd always have dreams of freezing, and this caused him to get pneumonia.

It's called the nocebo effect so I don't see why this cannot happen.
