There will be no proper management and no direction for the organisation.

 

It is prone to failure.

 

Is it OK if everyone tries to be staff ? YES

 

It may have a lack of direction but replacing redundancies will be easy as replacements are easy to find.

 

Hence a boss should be the best leader of the  organisation.
