petrushkagoogol Posted September 11, 2016 Report Posted September 11, 2016 Can you piece together parts of a bull like a jigsaw based on adaptability to the environment ? Here is an attempt to do so with a wish list as stated below : Quadruped - stable equilibrium. Ungulate - motion efficiency. Not very broad not narrow legs - as opposed to the elephant and giraffe. Absence of proboscis (aka trunk). Small ears - as opposed to the elephant. Absence of body hair - aerodynamic efficiency. Sleek body (not stodgy). Absence of prehensile tail - as opposed to arboreal animals like monkeys. Vegetarian diet and agrarian habitat viz. picture a camel in a paddy field and a bull in the desert. Strong neck. Horns. Stern demeanor. Quote
