The questions seem ambiguous or meaningless. For example : "How do you interpret success in an outcome?" What on earth does that mean and what kind of reply do you expect?

A scientist blindly uses their left brain to quantify by examining the details and often misses the bleeding obvious.

 

An artist uses their right brain to see the whole thing and spot patterns but might not be able to objectively define it.
