Windows 7 Isssues

Our computer in the barn runs on Windows 7, and every time I let it install updates, I am no longer able to connect to the internet, so I have to go and reset the computer to be able to connect .

 

Does anyone know why my computer has these issues?

The problem is most likely happening because of the drivers of the network adapter not working correctly after the update.

You could try to download the newest driver for the network adapter and putting it on a USB. After the windows update you could try to install them.

If that didn't fix the problem you could also try this:

I tend not to install updates on my PC this this reason, the same goes with my phone. Every time i let a update happen something goes wrong. I wait for the bugs in the updates to get fixed before I update my PC/phone.
