Well, it is starting to look like the ship has sailed for this marriage of nearly 18 years.  The wife came home late last night without calling, yet again, and I already had a snoot-full.  I know she was out with her mother and twin sister and they were visiting their grandmother in the nursing home, but she could have called me to let me know she was going to be late (like 2 am).  She knows I am a diabetic and need to eat at regular intervals.  Needless to say when she did finally drag in I had already managed to drag myself to the kitchen to forage, and might have got into something I shouldn't have. Much noise ensued and a set of roses I had arranged for one of the mothers (or grandmother) might have been smashed on the concrete at the side door.  I assure you it was not done by me.  I am starting to see more and more her violent tendencies.
