petrushkagoogol Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Would you prefer someone sans attire or fully dressed (like the Islamic hijab with abaya) ? I would prefer the latter (although across the western world it might be unpopular). Here is my rationale as to why that should be the case : No clothes means no expenditure on clothes which means more money hoarding which increases the amount of money not entering circulation which means a decrease in the purchasing power of the currency which pushes up prices. On the other hand, the latter would loosen people's purse strings and indirectly encourage the industries related to fashion designing, tailoring and merchandising. P.S. The first option could cause too high levels of vitamin D, sunburn, melanoma and a visit to the nearest police station (vice) ! :surprise: Quote
Maine farmer Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 It's not any business of mine what someone else wants to wear. If I don't like it, I can just look away. As for the economy, there is always something else on which you can spend your money. Quote
