How Do I Maintain Capitalization In Topic Titles?

It may be the case that I can't, and if so, why not?  I understand it to be common to capitalize all letters in an acronym such as CVD, PSA, or EMR.  If only the first letter of an acronym can be capitalized in the title of a thread, then this seems to me to be detrimental if one wishes to accurately convey information.

 

When I typed this post, the word "titles" consisted of all capital letters.

It's an unfortunate feature of our forum software. Suffice to say if we turn it off, other beneficial features need to be turned off too. Sorry.
