Security Vulnerability - The Browser Cache

How can I clear the browser cache after using a browser to surf the net on my laptop / smartphone ? 
Are there any free apps to do so ?

 

AFAIK leaving data in the browser cache is a security vulnerability that hackers can exploit.

Every browser lets you do this. They ought to make it easier, but the manufacturers are more concerned with people being inconvenienced by accidentally clearing their cache and keeping the sites that want to track you happy than they are with your security.
