Fast Breeder Nuclear Reactors

Are fast breeder nuclear reactors more than 100% efficient ?

Do they obey the laws of physics?

They are less than 100% Efficent but produce more energy than used to initiate the reaction the two are different. If it were more than 100% efficient It would be like the claims of perpetual motion devices which are false and impossible, Nuclear Reactors are in no way perpetual motion but are a reaction that releases energy by transforming mass into energy with certain requirements.
