Right Person, Right Place, Right Time

For any objective to be successful, you need the right person in the right place at the right time.

 

This is important especially in mission-critical projects.

 

For instance, in the Manhattan Project to develop the A-Bomb, the presence of Einstein, Fermi and Oppenheimer on US soil ensured that the theoretical and practical aspects of the project went through successfully.

 

All the 3 factors have to concur, or else the project will not succeed.
