Weight Loss is just one side effect of exercising. There are a whole host of others, which are all beneficial for you. Exercise will give you many benefits, not only physical but mentally you will feel much happier. Cardio is necessary for weight loss as it burns calories; do not neglect a weight training routine. If you want me to believe you I need to see the Biochemistry Reports on the Chemical or Enzyme you are using otherwise you are no different than a 5 AM Infomercial, which I usually watch and laugh as I know it could not possibly work due to actually knowing how chemical or Enzyme intake effects Metabolism in the body's Biochemistry. Some of these products are actually toxic to the user or could seriously damage the Body's Metabolism by intake. So, What substance is your active ingredient would be a good start, If you want my Scientific approval otherwise, your product is a quak. I have no bias just whether it works or not is my interest.
