Upon reading some articles online, A person who has behavioral disorders may come to have a psychotherapy with a therapist. The latter can help cope with feelings and help change a person's behavior patterns.

Thank you for all your useful information! I was advised by a friend that a psychiatrist can help with an additional treatment and some medication. But, she pointed out that we need to clarify and identify developing depression including problematic thoughts to counseling services.
