Is This An Example Of Shm?

Looking at the chain blinds on my back door this morning I noticed it was oscillating as a sine wave (see attached link to MP4) is this an example of SHM caused by the breeze that was blowing at the time?

Yes I think it is. Each chain is swinging like a pendulum and, for small amplitudes of swing, such that sin x ~ x, that will be simple harmonic.
