GAHD Posted February 5, 2019 Report Posted February 5, 2019 There are some extra bits with that. Giving AI rights means they also would have responsibilities. Taxes and whatnot. I mean, Corporations are "persons" as well, with "rights" and "responsibilities." The question would come along as to legal responsibilities too: how to you "jail" an AI? With corporations you can thoretically go after the humans in the drivers seats, with Ai... sticky question? Quote
