I haven't looked at the details of it, so I don't have a "take" on that.

 

But I have heard that it (or its sponsor) calls for the degree of mobilization of government resources not seen since WWII.  I also understand that this same sponsor has made a factual claim that life on this planet will virtually cease to exist by the year 2030 (or maybe earlier) if this action is not taken.

 

I also gather that the proposal has very little political support apart from the extreme left, which is a definite minority.

Very few Americans even believe in AGW. What could she have been thinking?
