Your questionnaire has heavily biased and leading wording. If this is your thesis it will not be well received except by those following that bias. Poor science and poor data collection method.

Based on the methodology used in the questionnaire I have doubts about your thesis quality and ability to defend it. You should do better than that. Far, far better.

Combining the "gender bias" nature of the questionnaire with your misplacing it in engineering forums I suspect you should probably take a few STEM courses before you complete a degree.
