         And also it is not letting me exceed the image size of 124 mb including the size of the photo in reply also?

Here polarization is defined as the sum of the vector of dipole moment per unit volume

if that is the case shouldnt the opposite vector cancels out leaving the possibility of q'l / v in the formula?
