Here's the picture:

In the middle is a micro-bh housed and sustained by an EM-flux generating nano-probe using feedback driven frequency-narrowing beam-power. The lasers will also generate up or down quarks by blue-shifting areas of the photon-sphere.

On the left side of the nano-probe like charges repel, and on the right of the nano-probe opposite charges attract and annihilate, forcing the nano-probe to ricochet off the EM field generated behind. Continuously doing this would be equivalent to continously slingshotting a moving rubberband in the same direction, after it's already been slingshotted, ad infinitum.

One could theoretically achieve infinite velocities by encasing this chain reaction within an alcubierre field like so:

+-...++....^....+-...-+

-+...--...^^^...-+...+-

-+...--..^^^^^..-+...+-

+-...++..^^●^^..+-...-+

-+...++..^^^^^..+-...+-

+-...--...^^^...-+...-+

++...++....^....+-...--

Notice we're left with:

...+2e....^.......

...-2e...^^^......

...-2e..^^^^^.....

...+2e..^^●^^.....

...+2e..^^^^^.....

...-2e...^^^......

+2e...+2e....^.......-2e

Which is basically a massless acceleration.

So GAHD doesn't believe this is practical.

But it is, annihilation generates thrust, electric charge to electric charge, magnetic charge to magnetic charge causes repulsion, thrust into repulsion and this generates a secondary thrust in the direction where the annihilation occurred in the freed up space where opposite charges were subtracted from one another, creating a gap in the electromagnetic field. Ergo, slingshot.

Unless GAHD's issue wasn't with the propulsion system but the nanoprobe's ability to contain, feed off of, and regenerate black holes.

The only issue is the processing power needed to calculate and rotate amplifiers to curve light paths for feedback and the thermal production of specific charges that can fit in something the size of an single-cell organism. Quantum computers are nanoscopic though, such as the 53-qubit sycamore processing chip which is 21 orders of magnitude faster than the world's fastest single human sized super-server. Not to mention if 100 of these single-celled nanoprobes are networking.
