Viral Vector Eee Cure 2019

First we start with inserting the Cas9 into the viral vector with several guide RNA which is the Vector that cures EEE Virus, these vectors need to be made synthetically to cut upon the primary replication enzymes of the virus such as 2A Autoprotease "FMCV". I suspect that the E series genes are important to viral development they should be targeted as well.

This should remove several key genes that replicate the virus effectively killing the EEE Virus by genetically damaging the code that creates it, fighting the disease on the genomic level.
