If you create an export file from one mail application and then import that file into another mail application your format will only be changed in the new application.

This cipher right here is an example of what I have been saying. If you switch STs twice you can exit two STs up, where you started, so you need to be careful to preserve the conditions that created you up until the moment of conception.

No because the messages from Gmail can be saved only in EML format. It's a very popular one and is supported with many email clients but sadly not with Microsoft Outlook. It works only with the PST files and you can import in it the messages only in this format too.
The most effective solution is changing the formats of your mail. You need to export the files from Gmail firstly, then archive them and upload into
the special email converter https://convertemail.online/gmail-to-pst-conversion/ . Then after the end of the conversion process you'll be able to import the mail into MS Outlook. Outlook Import Tools and Outlook Transfer are helpful for this too.
