andytak3740 Posted December 16, 2019 Report Posted December 16, 2019 In exotic trees, what in particular gives their heartwoods their colors? Is it due to mineral or compounds being deposited into the cells is it from a mixture of chromophores. Could it be both? I would like to know why some are red, purple, black, and etc. Quote
