OverUnityDeviceUAP
If you took a machine that can fly and hover without any sort of thermal emissions, or air jets or gliding mechanisms, such as the sentinels in the Matrix films, it would be an alcubierre warp drive. The reason we still don't have hovercrafts, even something as simple as a flying car, is the same reason reactionless drives have proven impractical. EM drives work via generating all the anti-particles neccessary to annihilate the arrangement of matter in front of a vessel, and match the charges behind that vessel. This would destroy any vessel that isn't continously generating an electromagnetic pulse. Furthermore there's an issue of predicting the balance of up and down charges as well as the various frequencies of charge residing with whatever medium a vessel is travelling through, this is why FTLs needed Guild Navigators in the Dune Saga or why starships needed to run a ton of calculations before making the jump to lightspeed through hyperspace lanes in the Star Wars universe. Vmedvil2
See, I knew you could straighten up and write something that was intelligible.
