Something not discussed is degrees of entanglement, when there is a clear correlation, it can be proven, but to be partially correlated how would some prove this? 

 

If you consider entanglement effects, must happen via a medium, then following the same reasoning all other particles will also exist on the same medium, but are not entangled, not in phase lock for want of a better description. The information is just moving around only partially connecting other particles.

 

If a partial correlation is assumed a dangerous thing I know, then Verlinde is barking up the right tree, is he not?

 

It is possible, how to test it would be for future technology and better understanding of how particles interact. Not an easy task.
