there's a how-to description on wiki-how, and an easier-to-follow one on youtube. Mine came out kinda crappy, but it was still fascinating to attempt. Thought I'd suggest it here. For one common bioplastic, you only need vinegar, water, corn starch/potato starch and glucose/dextrose or glycerine/glycerol. The first three are groceries, the last one is at a home brew store or pharmacy.
