Blue light from mobiles has been known to cause migraine more often than blue light from natural environs. This has been attributed to increased responsivity to Planck's Equation E=hf for light emanated from electronic devices. This could lead to migraine in some (smart) women in particular.

It was explained to me that migraines are basically brain seizures by a neurologist. I knew an epileptic that would have seizures from strobe lights. So I see your point I think.
