They're still looking for the suspect.

 

Place your bets on whether or not they will get him and arrest him. The third possibility is that they will kill him before he talks.

 

This is how conspiracy theories are born.

 

1. They won't find him.

 

2. They will find him and arrest him.

 

3. They will find him and kill him. (suicide fits here too) 

 

I'm going to go with #1. 

 

But to add a strange twist to this, there's also a possible #4. They get their Oswald but a Ruby gets him. I would say not too likely because that's already been used. (or promoted as used, whatever?)
