Amd Is Now Better Than Intel?

So, I was looking at the Ryzen threadrippers, it seems that now AMD is creating higher quality chips than Intel, these threadrippers have 64 cores and 128 threads nothing that Intel has can beat that. What are your thoughts?

P.S. I think I am going to go with this threadripper with my next build, Intel is too weak, they have greatly saddened me.
