Jay-qu Posted September 14, 2005 Author Report Posted September 14, 2005 those are just all the questions from that IQ test... Quote
Qfwfq Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 I agree totally with 150 (that's also a geometric series) and about the weight rising (exactly as much as the monkey, they're subject to the same vertical forces), but I have misgivings about Infamous' answer to:If the day before two days after the day before tomorrow is Monday, what day is today? The day before tomorrow is today. The day before two days after today is tomorrow. If tomorrow is Monday, today is Sunday. Disagree? Quote
Dark Mind Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 those are just all the questions from that IQ test...But most people probably won't end up taking the whole thing, so I just chose a few to share :xx:. Sounds like you took it though... What was your score :eek2:? Quote

The day before two days after today is tomorrow. If tomorrow is Monday, today is Sunday. Disagree?Actually I must disagree... My reasoning... Working backwards... Two days after the day before tomorrow is Monday= Start on Sunday, end on Tuesday. (The day before tomorrow is Monday (Sunday), you start two days after this... Sunday + two days = Tuesday) If the day before (above)= The day before Tuesday. Tuesday minus a day is Monday :eek2:. Quote
Tormod Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 This is just a random question... If the day before two days after the day before tomorrow is Monday, what day is today? :eek2: Another day filled with worthless television shows? Quote
Dark Mind Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 Definitely the wrong answer :eek2:. More like "A day filled with more insightful understanding/learning." :xx:. Quote
Qfwfq Posted September 15, 2005 Report Posted September 15, 2005 Now that sure was a greeeeat answer Tormod! :D If the day before two days after the day before tomorrow is Monday, what day is today? Two days after the day before tomorrow is Monday=Uhm, non sequitur, the hypothetical clause of the original question doesn't imply this assert. :) "The day before kangaroo is monkey" => "Kangaroo is monkey" :xx: :xx:  :D :gift: :eek2: :xx: :eek2: Quote
Jay-qu Posted September 16, 2005 Author Report Posted September 16, 2005 I got 122, was kinda entertaining... Quote
