regarding patent rights & Law issues

I need general truths because I am sure that I do not want to find myself in the content of a law issue,regarding patent rights.

I would provide these details for clarification.

1) I filed an application through patent institute and it was published.

2) tpe says that I could be able to give licence for production (and I will be able to earn money)

under assumption:

if this application be founded as it was previously invented by someone else WHAT HAPPENS NEEXT TO ME?

because I shall allow someone (companies) to generate the/that product.

but the search results will say that this was previously founded.

 

so,what..?
