Hi Dinesh.

What exactly do you mean?

If you ask about the origins of the Earth's magnetic field, current theory holds that it's the motion in the liquid iron forming the Earth's mantle and outer core that sets the magnetic field in motion. Smaller planets like Mars, which could not hold their initial heat, had their interiors solidify ages ago, with the result that they have no magnetic field nowadays. The gas giants like Jupiter have immense magnetic fields, but that's due to their vast atmospheres of mostly hydrogen, ammonia and methane building up static electricity through convection.

If you have any other meaning in mind with 'Earth Magnet', please post and let us know!

some people say the superconductivity of the molten metals inside the earth

the pole keeps moving.. an inversion of the field could happen in the next couple hundred years we won't be alive for it (probably) but what could we do if it was temporarily disabled and earth became flooded with solar and interstellar radiation?

If you mean Rare earth magnets, They aquire their magnitism like any other magnet: by being charged. The material itself defines how strong that feild can get, and also how hard it is to corrupt that feild.

Does anybody know what is the origin of Earth magnet?

When it will get exhausted?
