___There is considrable deabate on whether or not earthquakes in one region trigger quakes or volcanic activity in other regions. The first link above is the trigger quake (in my view) & the links that follow it an assortment of seismograms from the NW for the quake time period. See that Rainier reacts about the same time as the sisters region, then Hood, then Adams & then St. Helens with about a 1.2 quakeI guesstimate.

___Seismogram times PDST; quake activity is green line at 18:10 to 18:15. Quake occured 6:10 PM PDST.

___Love USGS realtime desktop science data. Rock on! :Waldo:

PS Adams actually reacts at the same time as Rainier & continuously through the St, Helens quake.

Event from a Bozeman station: I see 2 nice aftershocks as well.

Here is a Montana station showing a growing harmonic trace for several hours before the quake; this may represent a wind induced movement?

A closer Idaho station trace:

This Idaho station appears to show 2 quakes before the quake I have made all this fuss over.

This looks shaky!
